01What is collected

Only what you choose to send. The quote form asks for:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address, so you can be reached
• Which service you are asking about
• Pickup and dropoff locations, if the job involves transport
• Any details you write in the message box

Nothing on the form is collected in the background. If you call or text instead, the only record is the ordinary one your own phone carrier keeps.

02What is not collected

No cookies. No analytics or visitor statistics. No advertising or social media pixels. No fingerprinting. No session recording. No location data. Nothing is stored in your browser.

No account exists to create, so there is no password and no profile. Payment is handled in person or by direct arrangement, so no card details ever reach this site.

03How it is used

To reply to your enquiry, quote the work, and carry it out. That is the whole list.

Your details are never sold, rented, traded or shared for anyone else's marketing. You will not be added to a mailing list, because there is not one.

04Who else touches it

Two service providers are involved in running the site:

• Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host it processes standard request data, including IP addresses, in order to serve pages and block abuse.
• Resend delivers quote form submissions to the business inbox. What you type in the form passes through their system on its way to that inbox.

Both are used only to operate this site. Neither is given your information for their own marketing.

05How long it is kept

Quote requests are kept as ordinary email for as long as they are useful for the job and normal business records, then deleted. If a job never goes ahead, the enquiry is deleted once it is clearly stale.

06Your choices

Ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done. Email seralex@dromeda-dev.com or call.

There is nothing to opt out of, because there is no tracking and no marketing list in the first place.

07Children

This is a service business for vehicle and equipment owners. It is not directed at children and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13.

08Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the site ever starts using analytics or cookies, that will be stated here plainly before it happens.
